MUTT PACK PERK REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NEW AS OF 8/1/2022.

BY SIGNING UP, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT:

1. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE 'POINTS', ALSO KNOWN AS TO AS 'TREATS' WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT, ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND HAVE NO ($0.00) MONETARY VALUE. THEY ARE ALSO NOT REAL DOG TREATS -- SORRY, PUPS. WE STILL LOVE YOU.

2. 'TREATS' MAY BE REDEEMED FOR PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNTS, DEPENDING ON THE CURRENT MARKETPLACE. YOU MUST HAVE 200 TREATS TO REDEEM AT ANY POINT. THESE PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN THE WAY OF CASH. PLEASE SEE SPECIFICS TO FOLLOW.

3. FREE MERCHANDISE, DISCOUNTS CODES OR GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. POINTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED FOR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE OR ACCIDENTAL REDEEMING OF ANY KIND. ALL CONFIRMING ACTIONS OF REDEEMING POINTS ARE FINAL.

4. 'TREAT' BALANCE MAY TAKE 48-72 HOURS TO UPDATE AFTER A PURCHASE. WE CANNOT ADD THEM ON OTHERWISE. MISSING POINTS MAY BE CLAIMED BY FILLING OUT THE CLAIM FORM ON YOUR REWARDS PAGE OR EMAILING HELLO@HELLOMUTT.COM

5. REGARDING GIFT CARD PROMO CODES REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS': WE PROVIDE ONE (1) SINGLE CODE. IF YOU LOSE THIS CODE, OR SHARE IT WITH SOMEONE, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT OR REFUND IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE. TREAT THIS CODE AS YOU WOULD ANY GIFT CARD. SHARING OF YOUR CODE IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. ANY CODE USED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT OR A GUEST ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.

NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO USE ALL OF YOUR PROMO CODE BALANCE IN ONE SINGULAR ORDER. WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A NEW CODE WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE!

6. REGARDING FREE MERCHANDISE REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS': THIS MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REWARD. SHIPPING WILL VARY BASED ON LOCATION AND/OR THE ORDER AMOUNT.

7. GIFT CARDS AND FREE MERCHANDISE ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CBD PRODUCTS. YOU MAY NOT USE THE GIFT CARD OR GET FREE MERCHANDISE. YOU MAY HOWEVER CLAIM TREATS TO YOUR BALANCE BY EMAILING US AT HELLO@HELLOMUTT.COM WITH YOUR NAME, EMAIL AND CBD ORDER NUMBER. CBD PURCHASE POINTS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR 'TREAT' BALANCE.

8. OTHER PROMOTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WHEN USING A REWARD THAT YOU REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS'. ONLY ONE PROMO CODE IS ALLOWED AT CHECKOUT AT ONE SINGLE TIME. YOU MAY MAKE ANOTHER ORDER TO REDEEM OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANY OTHER SALES OR DISCOUNTS,

9. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE WILL EMAIL YOU IF A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE TO THE PROGRAM IS COMING SUCH AS CANCELLATION OF SAID PROGRAM, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFO.

10. REGARDING IF THE 'TREAT' PROGRAM COMES TO AN END. IF SUCH ENDING WAS TO TAKE PLACE, WE AGREE TO GIVE YOU AT LEAST 60 (SIXETY DAYS) TO REDEEM POINTS, IF YOUR BALANCE ALLOWS YOU TO DO SO. ANY VALUE OF LESS THAN  OR EQUAL TO 99 (NINETY-NINE) 'TREATS' IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR MERCHANDISE, GIFT CARDS, ETC. NO MODIFICATIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE REWARDS REDEEMING SYSTEM IF SUCH ENDING WAS TO OCCUR. YOU MUST STILL SPEND ON ORDERS TO RECEIVE REWARDS DURING THE ACTIVE PROMOTION PERIOD. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT ENOUGH OF BALANCE TO RECEIVE A REWARD, YOUR BALANCE MAY BE DELETED AFTER THE 60 DAYS. ALL UNUSED 'TREATS' WILL BE DELETED AFTER THE 60 DAYS. 11. EXPIRATION: YOUR POINTS EXPIRE 1 YEAR AFTER PURCHASE. THESE POINTS WILL NOT BE RE-ASSIGNED AFTER THE 12 MONTH PERIOD. ANY UNUSED POINTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR PACK PERK ACCOUNT.

12. 'TREATS' ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY ORDERS PLACED OFF OF THIS WEBSITE - EXAMPLE: ETSY, TIKTOK SHOP, INSTAGRAM SHOP AND ALIKE MARKETPLACES. WE ARE UNABLE TO ADD POINTS FOR ORDERS PLACED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN OUR ONLINE SHOP AT HELLOMUTT.COM

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU HEREBY HAVE READ, ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1) We consult with veterinarians as we develop our products but we are not veterinarians oursevelves. we suggest you consult your pets veterinarian prior to using these products regarding any allergies or health-related issues that your pup may have. Some dogs may be more sensitive than others to our ingredients.

2) We use food-grade & natural dye in our products. Coloration of fur, while unlikely, may occur. Please test prior to using. We use natural and food grade dyes & they make up less than 1% of our formulas, reducing any risk of coloration of hair or fur.

​

3) We typically do not offer refunds, but we do offer to replace your items if: the item arrives damaged and unusable. If you do not like the scent please contact us and we are more than happy to help!

​

4) If your package does not arrive: we will open an inquiry via the USPS/UPS and will keep you updated as we receive information. All shipping is done via the USPS First Class / Priority Mail / UPS Ground . A tracking number will be provided once shipped!

​

5) Processing of your order may take 3-5 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Your items will ship once we have the fresh batch ready! Typically, we have your items in stock if the shop page reflects it. During high-volume times and holidays,  we have a lot of product to make. We will let you know if your shipment will be delayed on your order confirmation sent via email, on a separate email and/or on the home page.

6) Attention International Customers: Your local or national government and/or postal service may require additional VAT and/or Import taxes. Hello Mutt LLC is not responsible for any additional costs that may be applied. Please make sure to check with your postal service if you’d like an estimate on the additional costs should they apply as we may not be able to predict it for you at the time of purchase.. All international packages are sent via the USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail Service, FEDEX International or UPS International mailing services. A tracking number will be provided immediately after your package is shipped.

Here at Hello Mutt LLC we do use traces of Food-Grade dye … all our products go through a vigorous development phase and have been created to almost never leave a trace of left over color on your pup. On the outside chance that this does occur, give your pup a good wash with a shampoo to remove excess.

Regarding Refund and Returns…

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. If you would like to make a return on an unopened/unused item that you received, and simply do not like please contact us by emailing: hello@hellomutt. Please include your order number for reference!

Customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund initial shipping charges that were paid at the time of ordering. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for unused and unopened products only.
