BY SIGNING UP, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT:

1. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE 'POINTS', ALSO KNOWN AS TO AS 'TREATS' WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT, ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND HAVE NO ($0.00) MONETARY VALUE. THEY ARE ALSO NOT REAL DOG TREATS -- SORRY, PUPS. WE STILL LOVE YOU.

2. 'TREATS' MAY BE REDEEMED FOR PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNTS, DEPENDING ON THE CURRENT MARKETPLACE. YOU MUST HAVE 200 TREATS TO REDEEM AT ANY POINT. THESE PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN THE WAY OF CASH. PLEASE SEE SPECIFICS TO FOLLOW.

5. REGARDING GIFT CARD PROMO CODES REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS': WE PROVIDE ONE (1) SINGLE CODE. IF YOU LOSE THIS CODE, OR SHARE IT WITH SOMEONE, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT OR REFUND IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE. TREAT THIS CODE AS YOU WOULD ANY GIFT CARD. SHARING OF YOUR CODE IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. ANY CODE USED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT OR A GUEST ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.

10. REGARDING IF THE 'TREAT' PROGRAM COMES TO AN END. IF SUCH ENDING WAS TO TAKE PLACE, WE AGREE TO GIVE YOU AT LEAST 60 (SIXETY DAYS) TO REDEEM POINTS, IF YOUR BALANCE ALLOWS YOU TO DO SO. ANY VALUE OF LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 99 (NINETY-NINE) 'TREATS' IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR MERCHANDISE, GIFT CARDS, ETC. NO MODIFICATIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE REWARDS REDEEMING SYSTEM IF SUCH ENDING WAS TO OCCUR. YOU MUST STILL SPEND ON ORDERS TO RECEIVE REWARDS DURING THE ACTIVE PROMOTION PERIOD. 13. REFUNDS AND TREAT POINTS: IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, YOUR POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TREAT BALANCE IN THE AMOUNT CORRESPONDING TO THE REFUND AMOUNT.

14. LOSS OF ACCESS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT IF WE NOTICE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. THIS APPLIES TO EXCESSIVE INCOMPLETE RETURNS OR IN THE EVENT OF A FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK CLAIM. YOUR ACCOUNT ACCESS WILL BE SUSPENDED FOLLOWING A REVIEW OF YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS DECISION, WHILE RARE TO COMEBY, IS FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. ANY FUTURE ACCOUNTS MADE BY THE SUSPENDED USER WILL BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION.

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU HEREBY HAVE READ, ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1) We consult with veterinarians as we develop our products but we are not veterinarians oursevelves. we suggest you consult your pets veterinarian prior to using these products regarding any allergies or health-related issues that your pup may have. Some dogs may be more sensitive than others to our ingredients.
​
2) We use food-grade & natural dye in our products. Coloration of fur, while unlikely, may occur. Please test prior to using. We use natural and food grade dyes & they make up less than 1% of our formulas, reducing any risk of coloration of hair or fur.
​
3) We typically do not offer refunds, but we do offer to replace your items in certain instances: view our shipping and refund policies here.

Melt warning - extreme heat while in transit or after delivery.
Our wax dipped bars (aka solid shampoo bars and solid conditioner bars) are meant to sustain high temperatures - however in summer heat or warm climates, the high temperatures may cause melting issues. While we do not refund your items in this instance, if your product does arrive melted, we recommend putting it in the fridge and allowing it to re-harden. Rest assured it will still be usable!

4) If your package does not arrive: we will open an inquiry via the USPS/UPS and will keep you updated as we receive information. All shipping is done via the USPS First Class / Priority Mail / UPS Ground . A tracking number will be provided once shipped!
​
5) Processing of your order may take 3-5 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Your items will ship once we have the fresh batch ready! Typically, we have your items in stock if the shop page reflects it. During high-volume times and holidays, we have a lot of product to make. We will let you know if your shipment will be delayed on your order confirmation sent via email, on a separate email and/or on the home page.

6) Attention International Customers: Your local or national government and/or postal service may require additional VAT and/or Import taxes. Hello Mutt LLC is not responsible for any additional costs that may be applied. Please make sure to check with your postal service if you’d like an estimate on the additional costs should they apply as we may not be able to predict it for you at the time of purchase.. All international packages are sent via the USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail Service, FEDEX International or UPS International mailing services. A tracking number will be provided immediately after your package is shipped.

Here at Hello Mutt LLC we do use traces of Food-Grade dye … all our products go through a vigorous development phase and have been created to almost never leave a trace of left over color on your pup. On the outside chance that this does occur, give your pup a good wash with a shampoo to remove excess.
​
Regarding Refunds and Returns…
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. If you would like to make a return on an unopened/unused item that you received, and simply do not like please contact us by emailing: hello@hellomutt. Please include your order number for reference!​
​
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund initial shipping charges that were paid at the time of ordering. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for unused and unopened products only.
